You can either pay via Mastercard or Visa directly on the website or you can mail your payment to 1979 WOS Reunion, 2380 Bay Street, Sarasota, Florida 34237. Make the check payable to West Orange-Stark Class of 1979.
If you choose to pay via the website, 8% is added to the cost of each ticket as well as a .35 cent transaction fee. In other words, if you purchase two tickets from the website, the cost would be $86.75. ($40 for each ticket, plus 8% and the .35 cent transaction fee). |

| A |
No, once you have purchased your tickets on line, or have sent a check in, our system creates and maintains a list of all those that have paid. We will be using that list to register everyone and check them on Saturday night. |

We have secured a block of rooms at the new Holiday Inn Express in Orange. When making your reservations, tell them that you are in town for the 30 Year Class Reunion for West Orange-Stark High School and give them our "block code", which is WOS. The rate that you will be charged is based upon the number of rooms we take. Presently, we have 25 double queen non-smoking rooms reserved for June, 11, 12 and 13. That being said, our pricing schedule is as follows:
1 - 9 rooms - $129.00 ( tax) 10 - 19 rooms - $119.00 ( tax) 20 - 25 rooms - $109.00 ( tax)
The hotel is located at 2655 I-10 East and the phone number is:(409) 882-9222.
All of the rooms come with a small refrigerator, microwave, in-room coffee pot, blow dryer and iron/ironing board.
They also offer a complimentary hot breakfast bar every day. It consists of either bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs or an omelette, biscuits and gravy and all the traditional continental breakfast items.
The hotel has wired and wireless Internet throughout, a business center, fitness center and an outdoor pool and hot tub.
If you are planning on staying there, make your reservations before May 25th as that is our cutoff date. |
